Sub:  Outcome of the Board Meeting
This has reference to our letter dated March 13, 2018 informing you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation would be held on Friday, March 16, 2018, to inter alia consider and approve payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2018.
In this connection, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation, at its meeting held today i.e. on March 16, 2018, has inter alia approved the payment of interim dividend of ` 3.50 per equity share of ` 2 each of the Corporation, for the financial year ending March 31, 2018, as against an interim dividend of ` 3 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
As intimated earlier in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the record date remains the same i.e. Saturday, March 24, 2018 and the payment of the said dividend would commence from Thursday, March 29, 2018.
Please also note that in terms of the HDFC Share Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in securities of the Corporation by the employees and directors of the Corporation will open on Monday, March 19, 2018.
Please note that the said Board meeting commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 2.00 p.m.
