Please find enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 7, 2021 which is being sent to the Members of the Corporation. The said Notice is also being placed on the website of the Corporation i.e. www.hdfc.com.
 
In this connection, we also wish to inform that the e-voting in respect of the resolutions contained in the Postal Ballot  Notice will commence at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 and shall end at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
 
The Postal Ballot results would be submitted on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 after the voting ends, with the stock exchanges in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
