Further to our letter bearing Reference No. SE/ 2017-18/292 sent earlier during the day and in terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 13, 2018 along with Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form which are being sent to the Members of the Corporation. In this connection, please note that the e-voting and voting through postal ballot will commence at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 and shall end at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
The Postal Ballot results would be announced on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 after the voting ends.
