Further to our letter bearing Reference No. SE/ 2020-21/69 dated June 19, 2020, submitted in terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we enclose herewith the Postal Ballot Notice dated June 19, 2020 along with Explanatory Statement which is being sent to the Members of the Corporation. The said Notice is also being placed on the website of the Corporation i.e. www.hdfc.com.

In this connection, we also wish to inform that the e-voting in respect of the resolutions contained in the Postal Ballot  Notice will commence at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020 and shall end at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.
 
The Postal Ballot results would be submitted on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 after the voting ends, with the stock exchanges in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
