Sub:  Proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of our subsidiary, HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (HDFC AMC)
 
This is further to our intimations dated March 13, 2018 and March 15, 2018, informing you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation had approved offering up to 85,92,970 equity shares of Rs. 5 each of HDFC AMC representing 4.08% of its then existing issued and paid-up equity share capital, by way of an offer for sale in the proposed IPO of HDFC AMC.
 
In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Corporation has been informed that the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) dated July 13, 2018 filed by HDFC AMC with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, has been approved on July 17, 2018.
 
We further wish to inform you that the IPO will be open for subscription by Anchor Investors on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, and the IPO period for public shall remain open from Wednesday, July 25, 2018 to Friday, July 27, 2018 (both days inclusive).
 
We also wish to inform you that the price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs.1,095 to Rs.1,100 per equity share of face value Rs. 5 each of HDFC AMC and that the minimum bid lot for the IPO has been fixed at 13 equity shares and applications may be made in multiples of 13 equity shares thereafter.
 
We request you to kindly take note of the same and arrange to bring this to the notice of all concerned.
 
The requisite advertisements communicating the same will be issued and published by HDFC AMC in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
