Sub: Resignation of Dr. S. A. Dave, Director of the Corporation
Ref: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
This is to inform you that Dr. S. A. Dave, Independent Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Corporation due to personal reason with effect from August 10, 2017. 
Dr. S. A. Dave was also a director on the Board of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited (HDFC Life), a material non listed subsidiary of the Corporation, in terms of Regulation 24(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and consequent to his resignation from the Board of HDFC, Dr. Dave has also resigned as a director of HDFC Life.
Dr. Dave has been a director of the Corporation since 1990 and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Directors and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Directors.
The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation for the enormous contributions made by Dr. Dave to the Corporation during the past 27 years.
We request you to kindly take the same on record and arrange to bring this to the notice of all concerned.
