Sub: Outcome of the Board Meeting
This has reference to our letter dated February 28, 2017 informing you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation would be held on Friday, March 3, 2017, to inter alia consider and approve payment of interim dividend, on the equity shares of the Corporation, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017.
In this connection, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation, at its meeting held today i.e. on March 3, 2017, inter alia has approved the payment of interim dividend of ` 3 per equity share of ` 2 each of the Corporation, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017, which is the same as in the financial year ended March 31, 2016. 
As intimated earlier in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the record date remains the same i.e. Saturday, March 11, 2017 and the payment of the said dividend would commence from Monday, March 20, 2017. 
Please note that in terms of the HDFC Share Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in Securities of the Corporation by its employees and directors will open from Monday, March 6, 2017.
You are requested to take note of the above and arrange to bring this to the notice of all concerned.
