Sub:     Disclosure under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
 
This is to inform you that the Corporation is in the process of updating its existing Medium Term Note Programme through an offering circular in order to enable the Corporation to issue rupee denominated bonds in the international capital markets, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
 
In this connection, the Corporation is required to present its standalone Balance Sheet as at December 31, 2019 in the said offering circular, in addition to the financial results of the Corporation for the nine-months ended on that date, which was submitted with the stock exchanges on January 27, 2020.
 
In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and to ensure uniform and universal dissemination of information and to avoid selective disclosure, we enclose herewith a copy of the said standalone Balance Sheet of the Corporation as at December 31, 2019 as approved by the Management and reviewed by the statutory auditors of the Corporation. The said Balance Sheet is also being uploaded on the website of the Corporation i.e. www.hdfc.com.
