Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This is in furtherance to our letter dated November 30, 2017, informing you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held on that day, had approved the initial public offering (IPO) of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited ( HDFC AMC), by offering part of its shares held in HDFC AMC to the public in one or more tranches such that post dilution in tranches, the shareholding of the Corporation remains at least 50.01%, subject to market conditions as well as receipt of various applicable approvals including that of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In this connection, we wish to further inform you that the Committee of Directors as constituted by the Board of Directors of the Corporation for the said purposes, has at its meeting held today, approved offering up to 85,92,970 equity shares of Rs. 5 each of HDFC AMC, representing 4.08% of the paid-up and issued share capital of HDFC AMC as on current date, for sale in the IPO.
