With reference to our earlier communication in relation to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (HDFC AMC), the Corporation and Standard Life Investments Limited, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of HDFC AMC, have finalized the Offer Price (including the Anchor Investor Offer Price) at ` 1,100 per equity share of HDFC AMC.
 
Accordingly, the size of the IPO aggregates to ` 2,800.33 crore consisting of 2,54,57,555 equity shares of`

` 5 each of HDFC AMC, subject to finalization of Basis of Allotment.
