Sub:    Qualified institutions placement of equity shares and non-convertible debentures simultaneously with warrants (together, "Securities"), by Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited ("Corporation") under Chapter VI of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ("ICDR Regulations") and other applicable regulations ("Issue").
 
Further to our letter dated August 5, 2020 informing inter alia, about opening of the Issue, we wish to inform you that the preliminary placement document dated August 5, 2020 prepared in connection with the Issue has also been uploaded on to the Electronic Book Provider ("EBP") platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited today. The opening of bidding on the EBP platform for the secured redeemable non-convertible debentures will accordingly take place on Monday, August 10, 2020.
