Exercise of options under the DBP and acquisition of Shares
On 29 April 2021, the Executive Directors of HSS Hire Group plc (the "Company") exercised nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") which had been granted to them on 16 April 2019 under the Company's 2015 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan"). In accordance with the rules of the Plan, the exercises were settled in cash. Each Executive Director used the after tax amount of his cash payment to acquire Shares.
