Notice of Annual General Meeting & Notice of Final Results

HSS Hire Group plc ("HSS") confirms that its Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM Notice" and "AGM") and form of proxy has today been posted to
shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website at
https://www.hsshiregroup.com/ (https://www.hsshiregroup.com/) .  The AGM will
be held at 11:00 a.m. on 25 September 2025 at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow,
Pavilion Centre, Eastern Perimeter Road, Hatton Cross, Heathrow, TW6 2SQ.  In
accordance with the Companies Act 2006, HSS is required to hold an AGM within
six months of the end of its year end.

HSS's preliminary results for the 15 month period to 31 March 2025 are
expected to be published on 25(th) September and the Annual Report and
Accounts ("2025 ARA") is expected to be published shortly thereafter.
Therefore the 2025 ARA has not, as of the date of this announcement, been
published and as a result will not be available for circulation in sufficient
time prior to the AGM. Accordingly, the AGM Notice does not include
resolutions to receive the 2025 ARA, reappoint the auditors or related
resolutions.

HSS will hold a separate general meeting ("General Meeting") at a later date
for shareholders to vote on such resolutions.  HSS will confirm the proposed
date of the General Meeting as soon as practicable.

Shareholders should, therefore, note that the business of the AGM will be
limited to the matters set out in the AGM Notice.
