Total Voting Rights

As at 30 December 2021 the Company's issued share capital consists of
704,987,954 ordinary shares of one pence each. The Company does not hold any
shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30
December 2021 is therefore 704,987,954. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their
interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
of the Financial Conduct Authority.
