 * Application has been made by Hua Lien to stock exchange for resumption of 
trading in Hua Lien shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 26 may 2016 
 * On 23 may 2016, Hua Lien and Bestway entered into the memorandum of 
understanding 
 * Application has been made by Bestway for resumption of trading in shares on 
the stock exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 26 may 2016 
 * Subscriber intends to subscribe for, 3.7 billion subscription shares at 
tentative subscription price of hk$0.16 per subscription share
