Brief: Boruta-Zachem to issue 200,000 series A bonds

Sept 15 (Reuters) - BORUTA-ZACHEM SA  BRUP.WA : 
     
    * Said on Friday it decided to issue up to 200,000 series A 
bonds of the nominal value of 100 zlotys per bond and total 
nominal value of the issue of 20 million zlotys 
    * Said the bonds will be offered to maximum number of 149 
investors 
    * Said the proceeds from the issue will be used to finance 
current operations of the company, including its investment in a 
factory in Bydgoszcz, Poland
