Brief: Midorana Investments decreases stake in Boruta Zachem to 79.2 pct

Sept 15 (Reuters) - Boruta Zachem SA  BRUP.WA : 
     
    * Said on Friday it reported Midorana Investments Ltd 
decreased stake in the company from 84.22 pct to 79.2 pct as a 
result of the agreement with Altus TFI SA 
    * Said following the transaction Midorana Investments Ltd 
holds now 110,555,150 shares in the company
