** Co reports Q3 net sales of $1.50 bln, below analysts' average estimate of $1.53 bln - data compiled by LSEG

** HUBB's grid automation sales were down 18% due to fewer smart meter projects getting underway

** In 2024, grid automation accounted for roughly 20% of co's annual sales

** Co raises 2025 adj. EPS to be in range of $18.10 and $18.30, compared with earlier forecast of $17.65 and $18.15

** HUBB posts Q3 adj. EPS of $5.17/share, beating analysts' estimate of 4.98/share

** As of last close, shares up 3.6%
