** Shares of electrical solutions co Hubbell Inc  HUBB.N  up
~1% on raising full-year forecast
    ** Co expected full-year total sales growth of 18%-19%
compared to previous forecast of 14%-16%
    ** Increases diluted EPS forecast to the range of
$9.10-$9.30, compared to $8.25-$8.65 range earlier
    ** Co says net sales in the bygone quarter ended Sept. 30
grew 21% to $1.32 bln 
    ** HUBB up 7.4% YTD as of Monday's close
