Hubbell to acquire NSI Industries for $3 billion

May 4 (Reuters) - Hubbell HUBB.N said on Monday it had agreed to acquire electrical products maker NSI Industries, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, for $3.0 billion in cash.
