Wall Street was on track to a cautious opening on Tuesday as investor appetite
for risk waned after China retaliated against new trade restrictions announced
by U.S. President Donald Trump with counter tariffs.  .N 
    
At 10:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.02% at
44,413.92.The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.47% at 6,022.95, and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.08% at 19,601.67.
