Australia's Hubify rises on signing 5-year agreement with Optus

** Shares of Hubify Ltd  HFY.AX  rise as much as 9.1% to
A$0.024, their highest since March 24
    ** Telecom services provider says it signed a 5-year
enterprise agreement with Optus
    ** Adds in line with its focus on enterprise segment, co
will exit the Optus small business program and will receive a
contract payout from Optus of A$2.28 mln ($1.53 mln)
    ** Stock has fallen 26.7% this year, as of last close
