Block Listing Six Monthly Return
Hummingbird Resources plc (AIM: HUM), announces the following update on its
block admission of shares to be issued to holders of options granted as part
of the Company's incentive schemes, subject to relevant performance criteria.
This update is regulatory and required every six months under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Between the period 14 September 2021 to 14 March 2022, there were 931,178
exercises under share option schemes by former employees of the Company;
additionally, 2,201,757 ordinary share options lapsed in that time period. As
such, the balance under the schemes of securities not issued at the end of the
period subject to the block admission totalled 29,697,548 ordinary shares.
