Blocklisting of Shares
 
A blocklisting application has been made for 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares, when issued, will be utilised to satisfy future vestings of awards under the Company's long term incentive plan. When issued, the shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. 
 
It is expected that the admission of the shares will take place on Tuesday 24 September 2019.
