Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
Annell Bay
On 30 March 2015, Annell Bay notified the Company that she purchased 3,500 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 544p per share. The purchase took place on 27 March 2015.
Following this transaction Annell Bay's beneficial holding is 3,500 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.002% of the Company's share capital.
