Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
John Hofmeister
On 21 December 2015, John Hofmeister notified the Company that he purchased 15,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 288.5p per share. The purchase took place on 21 December 2015.
Following this transaction John Hofmeister's beneficial holding has increased to 25,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.017% of the Company's share capital.
