Retirement of Dennis Proctor as Chief Executive 
As part of Hunting's longer term succession planning, Dennis Proctor has agreed with the Board that he will retire as Chief Executive and step down as a Director of the Company in 2017 when a suitable successor has been appointed.
Hunting's Nomination Committee has begun a process to identify a successor with both internal and external candidates being considered. Mr Proctor will remain as Chief Executive until the appointment is made and an appropriate handover period has taken place.
Richard Hunting, Chairman of Hunting, said: 
"Over the past sixteen years, Dennis has led Hunting to achieve a wide range of business successes including shareholder value creation, strategy and portfolio simplification, excellence in quality and expansion of manufacturing capacity across the globe, positioning the Company for sustained growth in future business cycles.
