Notification is given in accordance with rule 5.6.1 of theFinancial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
Hunting PLC has one class of share admitted to trading on a regulated market being ordinary shares of 25 pence each.
Following the issue of 14,608,771 new ordinary shares announced on 27 October 2016 and their admission to trading today, Hunting PLC has 163,739,686 ordinary sharesof 25 pence eachin issue, representing a total ordinary share capital of 40,934,922. The voting rights attachedto the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share, representing total voting rights of 163,739,686.
This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
