** Organic chemicals maker's Q4 consol PAT rose ~48.1% y/y to 280.7 million rupees ($2.91 million), driven by higher sales

** Consol revenue from ops rose 9.2% y/y

** Trading vols at ~3x the 30-day average

** YTD, stock up ~14%
