i(x) Net Zero investment Enphys Acquisition Corp. Completes Extension for
Initial Business Combination

 

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on the
Energy Transition, announces that, further to the announcement on 25(th)
August 2023 in respect of the extraordinary general meeting of Enphys
Acquisition Corp. ("Enphys") to extend the time by which it has to consummate
an initial business combination from October 8, 2023 to July 8, 2024
("Extension"), the shareholders of Enphys have agreed to the Extension.
