Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on Energy
Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment, was notified on 6
April 2022, that on the same day, Steve Oyer, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, purchased 1000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 74 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Steve Oyer is interested in 1,778,177 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 2.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.

 

Further details are set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of
the EU Market Abuse Regulation (as it forms part of UK law pursuant to the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
