Senior Management Appointment

 

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on Energy
Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment, is pleased to announce
the appointment of Dmitri Tsvetkov as Group Finance Director with effect from
1 June 2022.

Dmitri has more than 27 years of financial, accounting and operational
experience, including significant experience of working with energy sector
listed companies in London, Africa, Asia and Canada.

Dmitri joins the Company from OPG Power Ventures plc, an AIM quoted developer
and operator of power generation facilities in India, where he is Chief
Financial Officer and a Board Director. Dmitri is a member of OPG's ESG
committee and part of the leadership team developing its energy transition
strategy and its first standalone ESG report. Prior to OPG, he was CFO at
Advance International Exploration Inc., a Canadian private oil & gas
company, and Interim Chief Executive Officer and CFO at Mart Resources Inc., a
TSX-listed international exploration and production oil and gas company.
Dmitri, who is a non-executive director of AIM quoted Mercantile Ports &
Logistics Limited, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Steve Oyer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: "I am delighted to
welcome Dmitri to i(x). He brings with him more than two decades of financial
and managerial experience in publicly listed companies and will be a
significant addition to our finance team."
