Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

ICFG Limited (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yuji Ono as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. This appointment
follows the resignation notice of Mr. Robert Shepherd, as previously disclosed
in the Company's announcement dated 20 August 2025.

Mr. Ono has been an attorney-at-law for over 30 years and is admitted in Japan
and New York. He has extensive experience in corporate and international legal
practice, investment management, and trust business. His career has included
senior management positions within the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and
several Tokyo law firms.  Mr Ono currently serves as President and as an
Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member for several start-up companies.
In addition, Mr. Ono has served as an Outside Director and as an Audit &
Supervisory Committee Member for a company listed on the Prime Market of the
Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Company further announces that Ms Enkhmaral (Ema) Batkhuyag has been
formally appointed as a Director of the Company. This appointment is
consistent with the Board resolution announced on 20 August 2025.
