Appointment of Joint Broker

ICFG (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, is pleased to
announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as
joint broker to the Company, with immediate effect from 18 March.

In connection with the appointment, SP Angel will be issued with warrants to
subscribe for 101,112 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of
the  Company,  exercisable at a price of 17.7 pence per share for  a period
of three years from the date of the appointment.
