Board and Management Changes

 

ICFG (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, announces that
Amar Lkhagvasuren has resigned as an Independent Non‑Executive Director of
the Company with effect from 28 February 2026. Amar is pursuing a
government-related role in Mongolia, which could give rise to a potential
conflict of interest.

 

The Board would like to thank Amar for his service and valuable contribution
to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours. The process of
identifying and appointing a new Independent Non-Executive Director has
commenced.

 

The Company is also pleased to announce that Enkhmaral (Ema) Batkhuyag has
been appointed as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of ICFG Limited on a
permanent basis with immediate effect, following her demonstration of strong
leadership of the Company over the past six months in her capacity as Interim
CEO. Ema was appointed Interim CEO on 20 August 2025 and was appointed to the
Board as a Director, effective on 1 November 2025.
