Change of Auditor

 

ICFG Limited (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, is
pleased to announce that, following a formal tender process, it has approved
the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as its auditor for the
financial year ending 31 December 2025.

 

EY Mongolia Audit LLC previously conducted the audit of the Company's
subsidiary group SIBJ Capital LLC for financial year ending 31 December 2024.
SIBJ Capital LLC and its subsidiaries have now reappointed EY Mongolia Audit
LLC as their auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

 

Accordingly, PFK Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") has resigned as the Company's auditor.
PKF has provided a statement to the Company confirming that there are no
circumstances connected with its resignation that need to be brought to the
attention of the Company's members or creditors under section 273 of the
Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended).

 

The re-appointment of EY as auditor of the Company for the financial year
ending 31 December 2025 will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting.
