after
merger 
    * Says unit TOYOSHIMA CO.,LTD. will merge with four units,
ICHINEN
MAEDA Co.,LTD., ICHINEN MITSUTOMO CO.,LTD., ICHINEN SHOKO
CO.,LTD. and a Fukuoka-based firm, effective April 1, 2019
