** Shares of Puravankara PURA.NS jump 14% to 257 rupees
** Set for biggest daily rise since April 2024
** Indian real estate co's Q1 pre-sales climb 28% y/y while collections were up 40% y/y, driven by healthy customer demand and timely project execution
** Co also signed a definitive agreement with ICICI Prudential AMC IICL.NS to sell its commercial property, Purva Zentech, in a deal valued at 6.26 billion Indian rupees ($65.33 million)
** More than 7.1 million shares traded, nearly 50x the 30-day avg 
** Stock up 7.4% YTD
