MUMBAI, Nov 19 (Reuters) - India's ICICI Securities ICCI.NS plans to raise up to 5 billion rupees ($56.55 million), including a greenshoe option of 2.5 billion rupees, through the sale of bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Wednesday.
It has invited coupon and commitment bids for the issue on Friday, they said.
The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
