The Company is engaged in the business of broking (institutional and retail) including allied services of extending margin trade finance and employee stock option plans (ESOP) finance, distribution of financial products, merchant banking and advisory services. The Company's segments include treasury, broking and distribution, and issuer services and advisory. The treasury segment includes treasury and investment activities. The broking and distribution segment includes broking and other related activities, distribution of third-party products, such as mutual fund and life insurance, among others, and sales credit for referred business and interest earned on its funds used in the brokerage business. The issuer services and advisory segment includes financial advisory services, such as equity-debt issue management services, merger and acquisition advice and other related activities.
