Quantum Mutual Fund moves court against India's ICICI Securities delisting

MUMBAI, June 6 (Reuters) - Quantum Mutual Fund moved an
Indian company tribunal against the proposed delisting of the
shares of ICICI Securities  ICCI.NS , according to tribunal's
website on Wednesday.
    Quantum, a shareholder in ICICI Securities, said the
delisted shares are being bought at a lower valuation and that
the delisting is violating securities markets rules.
    A local tribunal in Ahmedabad in the western state of
Gujarat heard the matter on Wednesday and further hearing are
scheduled for July.
