Correction re Share Capital Reorganisation


The following correction has been made to the announcement released on 7 February 2020 under RNS No 3938C.
Share Capital Reorganisation
If passed at the GM, the resolution numbered one in the notice of the GM, will have the effect of subdividing each ordinary share of £0.0025 each in the capital of the Company into one ordinary share of £0.00001 each and  one deferred share of £0.00249 each. 
All other details remain unchanged.
