Board Changes
 
Iconic Labs Plc (LSE:ICON), a multi-divisional new media and technology business, announces that Non-Executive Directors Xavier Latil and Rodolphe Cadio are stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.  The Board would like to thank them for their assistance in the restructuring of the business and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
 
Iconic Labs Chief Executive Officer, John Quinlan, said: "Xavier and Rodolphe played an important role in the restructuring of the Company and in resolving the issues arising from its former business.  With that process now substantially complete, they have decided the time is right to step down to focus on their other projects.  I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hard work and assistance and wish them well in the future."
