Notice of AGM

 

Iconic Labs Plc (LSE:ICON), a multi-divisional new media and technology
business, announces that its 2020 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held
on 31st December 2020 at 11.00 am at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP at 160
Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HT.

 

In light of the ongoing restrictions imposed as a result of the Covid-19
pandemic, and the Company's key priority to the health and safety of its
employees, clients, business partners and shareholders, the AGM is being held
as a closed meeting, with the attendance of a minimum number of directors and
shareholders for quorum purposes. Please note therefore that shareholders will
not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and the meeting will be a purely
functional meeting.

 

A notice of the AGM was posted to shareholders on 8 December 2020 and will be
available to view on the Company's website www.iconiclabs.co.uk.
