Suspension of Trading

 

Iconic Labs notes the significant share price movement yesterday and the
suspension of trading in the shares by the FCA.

 

The Company confirms that it is in discussions regarding a potential
acquisition which, should it proceed would constitute a reverse takeover under
Listing Rule 5.6. There is currently no certainty that the transaction will
proceed, and further announcements will be made in due course.

 

This announcement contains information which, prior to its disclosure, was
inside information as stipulated under Regulation 11 of the Market Abuse
(Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/310 (as amended).
