July 7, 2020
** Diversified minerals explorer entered into separate
conditional share sale agreements to acquire Australian
explorers Iconic Minerals Pty Ltd and Hammerhead Exploration Pty

** Hammerhead Exploration and Iconic Minerals own a combined
six tenement applications in the Earaheedy Basin of Western
