** SBI, BOB, GENA and THEE among shareholders set to sell stakes in offer, draft prospectus shows
** IFCI gains as unit Stock Holding Corp, in which it owns 52%, plans to join OFS
** Rival exchange BSE BSEL.NS up around 0.22% at 4006.1 rupees on the day
