Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to AIM for a block
admission in respect of 154,139 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares")
in the capital of the Company (the "Block Admission"). This Block Admission
will be used to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to exercises of options
under the Company's 2020 - 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan.

An application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 5 July 2022.  The Ordinary
Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's
existing Ordinary Shares.
