Director/PDMR Shareholding

IG Design Group plc (AIM: IGR) has been informed by Rohan Cummings, the Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, that he has today purchased 43,261 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 138
pence per share. Rohan Cummings purchased these shares in his personal
capacity. Following this transaction, Mr. Cummings owns 43,261 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.04 per cent of issued share capital of the Company.
