Dividend Timetable

Further to the Interim Results announcement released on Tuesday 23 November,
IG Design Group plc confirms that the interim dividend of 1.25 pence per
ordinary share is expected to be paid to all shareholders on 19 January 2022.

The dividend timetable is as follows:

2021

Record Date:                                       10
December 2021

Last date for DRIP elections:             24 December 2021

Payment date:                                     19
